The development is divided into two distinct areas, pre-designed and bespoke plots. The bespoke plots area has been set aside for the development of bespoke properties on each of the ten individual plots. On purchasing one of these plots the option is yours whether to commission your own architect and builder to deliver your home within the design parameters set out for the site, or to have to have Lomond Timber Homes manage the process for you. If you prefer the idea of the latter, then our skilled team of design and construction professionals will guide and assist you through the whole process, resulting in a home designed 'by you' and built to the highest standards 'by us'.
